I think I try to torture myself with dehydration.  Let me explain… Today I have had 2 cups of coffee (1 decaf, 1 not) and a pepsi.  And I just filled up my water bottle to start drinking water for the day and it is 3:15pm.  Ya, I might barf in bootcamp tonight. When am I going to learn?

take a step back
